Rico and Jo

Still crazy busy…. This project will never end it seems. However, I am up for a new position at eBay. Hoping to hear something soon on that. It will still be with this same program, but in more of a specialized role, which would be nice. It’d be refreshing to focus on one thing or a few things rather than the entire program as a whole.

Jo and Katelynn and I are doing good. Life is moving along so fast. We’ve got some great things happening in our lives right now, and I’m looking forward to the next few years.

I’ve been at eBay for 10.5 years now. That’s just nuts. It has gone so fast. I’m up for my 2nd sabbatical, which is awesome. I haven’t scheduled anything yet, but looking forward to taking a month off to focus on family and other things. It is much needed.

I started collecting vinyl over the past year or so, and I’ve now got around 110 albums. It’s a fun, expensive, but awesome hobby. There is something truly romantic and enthralling about playing a record from beginning to end, just as the artist meant it to be. Music is so therapeutic… I don’t know where I’d be without it.

Ok, I’m done for now. I’ll keep trying to post updates more often… if only for my own sanity and remembrance. Hope you’re all doing well.

It’s crazy where time goes when you’re busy.

I’ve been working on this huge project at work now for 1.5 years, and the time has gone incredibly fast. But so much has happened in that time.

Jo and I just celebrated our 3rd anniversary. I can truly say that I love her more than yesterday, and I’ll love her more tomorrow. My life has only grown richer and I love every moment we spend together.

Katelynn is growing like crazy! She’ll be taller than me in a couple more years… She is doing awesome at Ice Skating, and is also excellent in school and taking pre comp swimming classes. Busy girl!

I need to start posting updates more often. We are super busy all the time it seems. But life is good.

I’ll post more later….
